1. About

Crosstree Store offers architectural, sculptural, and interior decorative products for residential, commercial, and institutional applications. All of our products are designed, engineered, and fabricated at our facility in Chicago, IL, USA.

2. Payment

We currently accept Credit, Debit, PayPal, Amazon Payment, and Apple Pay through Direct Checkout. A payment transaction must be completed before a purchase is shipped.

3. Shipping

Most of our products are made to order. Please allow for 3-5 business days for your purchase to be made before it is shipped. We ship to domestic and international customers from Chicago, IL, USA using USPS. As stated by USPS, domestic shipping generally takes 2-5 business days and international shipping generally takes 6-10 business days. Please note that Crosstree, Inc. is only responsible for packages until they reach the post office. Crosstree, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, delayed or undelivered packages.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us for refund or exchange arrangements within 3 business days of receiving your merchandise. Please note that refunds or exchanges will only be made on purchases that are in the original condition that we sent them. Return shipping costs will only be refunded if a refund or exchange is made on purchases with errors made on our behalf.
